Hey IH! Wanted to share what I've been building and some early learnings.
The idea: A simple storefront where travelers can buy eSIMs (digital SIM cards) and pay with cryptocurrency. No account needed, no KYC, no passport scans. Just pick a country, pick a plan, pay with BTC/ETH/USDT, and get connected.
Why I built it: I travel a lot and got tired of two things — hunting for local SIM cards at airports and handing over my passport every time, and not being able to use my crypto for everyday purchases. eSIMs solve the first problem, crypto solves the second. Combining them felt obvious.
The stack: Built with Lovable (AI-assisted dev), React frontend, eSIM API for provisioning, crypto payment gateway. The whole MVP took about a week to get live.
What's working so far: Got first paying customers within 2 weeks of launch. Coverage in 190+ countries. Average order takes under 60 seconds. SEO content driving organic traffic (3 Medium articles, growing blog). Zero support tickets — the product is simple enough that people just figure it out.
What I'd do differently: Should have started content marketing from day 1. Underestimated how much time social media takes. Google Ads CPC for eSIM keywords is brutal ($2-5 per click).
Would love to hear from anyone who's built in the crypto payments or travel space. What channels worked best for you early on?

You built Crypto eSIM with Lovable and already have paying customers going through the crypto gateway. Now that it’s live, who owns dependency and security updates—you, Lovable, or someone technical?
