Hey IH! I built https://beararcade.com — a free, curated browser gaming platform.
The problem:
Most browser game sites are absolute garbage. Pop-up ads, fake download buttons, broken embeds, malware warnings. Students and casual gamers just want to play a quick game during a break without risking their computer.
The solution:
Bear Arcade is a clean, curated platform where every game is hand-picked, loads instantly in your browser, and actually works. No downloads, no installs, no sketchy redirects.
What makes it different:
- Every game is vetted before it goes live
- Built-in panic button that instantly switches to a Google Classroom screen (yes, really)
- Play time tracking, stats, and daily streaks
- Leaderboards and comments to keep people coming back
- Mobile-friendly — works on any device with a browser
- Community game submissions — players can suggest new games
The stack (for the nerds):
ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, Tailwind CSS, hosted on Azure. Revenue model is Google AdSense — free for everyone, ad-supported.
Where I'm at:
- Live and fully functional
- Growing organically through SEO and word of mouth
- Looking to expand the game library and build out the community side
What I'd love from you:
- Feedback on the site
- If you know any web game devs, send them to us using out contact form.
- What worked for you to drive early traffic to a content platform?

Fun concept — are you thinking of this more as a casual product or something you want to grow into a larger platform over time?
