I built a directory of Saudi Arabia’s tech ecosystem — 140+ companies, all real data

Saudi Arabia has 4 fintech unicorns, a $500B megaproject, and billions in VC flowing in.
But if you searched online for “Saudi tech companies” you’d find basically nothing useful.

So I built BuildSaudi.co.

What it is:
A curated directory of 140+ companies building Saudi Arabia’s future — from unicorns
like Tabby and Tamara to seed-stage AI startups. Every listing has founders, funding
raised, team size, and careers links. All manually verified.

Why I built it:
I’m Saudi, I follow the space closely, and I was tired of there being no single source
of truth. Inspired by BuildList.xyz.

Stack: Next.js, Tailwind, Vercel. No database — just a data.ts file.
Time to build: ~2 weeks of evenings.

Would love feedback on what would make this actually useful for founders,
investors, and job seekers.
