Most feedback tools do one thing, they collect feedback.
You get a wall of text, a list of feature requests, and no idea what to do with any of it. You still don't know who is happy, who is frustrated, or who is quietly about to cancel.
I kept seeing the same pattern. Teams collecting feedback but not acting on it. Not because they didn't care, but because the signal was buried in the noise.
So I built FlagUp.
FlagUp is a feedback management and suggestion box platform with built-in churn insights. Users submit feedback and ideas, vote on features, and your team automatically gets sentiment scores, duplicate detection, and early churn signals, all from one dashboard.
No more guessing. No more finding out too late.
I launched a few months ago. Still early, still grinding, but the product is live and improving every week.
If you are building a SaaS and losing users you never saw coming, this was built for you.
Would love feedback from this community. What would make you switch from your current feedback tool?
Really like the positioning. I agree that collecting feedback isn't the hard part anymore—knowing which signals actually matter is.
One question though: how do you differentiate FlagUp from tools like Canny, Featurebase, Productboard, or even building a simple feedback board with AI summarization?
Looking forward to seeing how you solve that problem. Good luck with the launch! 🚀
Honestly fair question. Most tools do feedback collection really well. Where FlagUp is different is that it tries to answer a question they don't, who is about to leave? That churn layer is the whole point. Thank you for pushing on it.
That makes sense. Focusing on identifying churn before it happens feels like a much clearer positioning than trying to compete on feedback collection alone. I like that you're solving a specific decision rather than trying to replace every feedback tool. Wishing you the best with FlagUp—I'll be interested to see how it evolves.
