I built a "Financial OS" to stop guessing my runway as a global freelancer

Hey everyone,

As a systems guy, I’m obsessed with data. But as a freelancer earning in different currencies, my personal finances were a mess. I had plenty of "expense trackers," but nothing that could actually tell me: "How much cash will I have in 6 months if I keep this burn rate?"

So, I spent my weekend building the Global Freelancer’s Financial OS 2026.

I wanted to solve three specific pain points:

  1. Multi-currency chaos: Automatically converting everything to a base currency (USD) to see the real picture.

  2. The "Dry Season" anxiety: Seeing a 12-month visual projection of cash inflow vs. outflow.

  3. Burn Rate clarity: Knowing exactly how much "runway" I have before needing to scale or pivot.

It’s built on Google Sheets because I wanted it to be fast, private, and customizable. I just launched it on Lemon Squeezy and Shopify to help other indie hackers who are tired of looking at complex accounting software that doesn't fit the solo-founder life.

I’d love to know: How are you guys forecasting your cash flow for 2026? Are you using complex SaaS or just "vibes" and a bank app?
