A few weeks ago I launched MyFitTrainingPlan.com — a simple website that generates 4-week AI-powered workout plans based on a user survey.
To help build trust and get initial emails, I wrote a free eBook for fitness beginners:
“The Complete Beginner’s Guide to Fitness: Start Strong, Stay Motivated”
It covers everything I wish someone gave me when I started:
Why most people fail early and how to avoid it
A clear workout structure you can actually follow
Nutrition 101 (no macros, no diets)
Progress tracking, motivation tricks, and more
📘 You can download the PDF here:

This is my first serious try at combining content marketing + SaaS-like flow. I’d love to hear:
Is the landing page convincing?
Would you leave your email for this book?
Any tips on growing organically with content?
Appreciate any feedback or support 💪
Happy to share what I’ve learned setting this up!
Really cool to see solo creators sharing this kind of product. Just launched my first book too — lots to learn.
That's seems to be great idea if I was in 2015, but now since Ai has been known to majority of the peeps out there it won't difficult to copy ur model by big gym or fitness brand.
Doesn't mean to demotivate you.
But what's the USP here?
Hey, thanks for the thoughtful question — I’m not demotivated at all, quite the opposite!
I actually built this project first and foremost for myself. Back when I was a beginner, I had tons of questions about fitness, training structure, and where to start. Most of the big fitness platforms felt overwhelming — full of bells and whistles, locked behind subscriptions, apps to install, trackers to sync, you name it.
I wanted to create something refreshingly simple and useful. For just $5, users get a full 4-week workout plan tailored to their personal goals, experience level, training location, and even health conditions. It’s instantly downloadable as a PDF — keep it on your phone or print it out, no strings attached.
Plus, there's a free beginner's guide available on the site — a work in progress for sure, but it's already helping answer key questions for people just getting started. My site is designed not just as a product, but as an accessible fitness knowledge base, with a clean user flow and zero friction.
Of course, anyone can ask an AI to "generate a 4-week plan" — but will it take into account your actual needs, your limitations, your real-life schedule? Mine does, because it’s built on a combination of AI and my personal experience training in the gym, with logic and structure refined through many iterations and feedback from real users.
And yes, maybe big brands could copy the idea. But execution always beats ideas — and they often get lost trying to scale or monetize everything through complexity. I’m focused on clarity, speed, and personalization.
So what’s the USP?
It’s simplicity, accessibility, no-nonsense value — and a human behind the curtain who actually cares.
