I built a free 40+ tools, 100% private

Hey Indie Hackers! 👋

I'm a 2nd year CSE student from India.

I got frustrated with PDF tools asking for money, adding watermarks, and uploading my files to their server.

So I built Crafter Tool - https://crafter-tool.vercel.app

What it does:

✅ 40+ tools - JPG to PDF, Merge, Compress, QR Generator etc

✅ 100% private - files never leave your browser

✅ No ads, No watermark, No signup

✅ Built with pure HTML/CSS/JS

It's totally free and I just launched it today (0 users right now).

Would love your feedback - What tool should I add next?

    With 40+ tools already there, I’d be more curious which one becomes the entry point. Are users primarily coming for one specific PDF job, or browsing for whatever they need?

      Thanks! My goal is to make one specific tool (like PDF Merge or Image to PDF) the entry point through search, while also making it easy for users to discover other tools once they're on the site.

        That makes sense. The interesting signal then is whether those search-led users actually discover a second tool once they’re in — that would tell you whether the 40+ tool breadth is doing more than just widening acquisition.

          That's exactly the metric I'm planning to track next. If users who come for one tool end up using two or three more, it validates the multi-tool approach. If not, I'll need to improve internal navigation and recommendations between related tools. Thanks for the insight!
