I built a free AI tool to help job seekers (Career Compass)

I just launched Career Compass, a free AI-powered career assistant for job seekers.

The Problem:

Job seekers struggle with outdated CVs, spend hours writing cover letters, and miss jobs that match their skills. Paid career services are expensive ($200+), and free tools are limited.

The Solution:

Career Compass helps people optimize their job search without paying a dime:

- ✅ Analyzes CVs and gives instant feedback

- ✅ Finds jobs that match your skills

- ✅ Rewrites CVs for specific jobs

- ✅ Generates cover letters in seconds

- ✅ Downloads saved jobs as CSV

Tech Stack:

- Frontend: Streamlit (Python)

- AI: Groq (Llama 3.1) for fast analysis

- Jobs API: JSearch for real-time listings

- Hosting: Streamlit Cloud

- Privacy: No data storage, everything processed in real-time

Why I Built It:

I saw too many talented people struggling with their job search because they couldn't afford expensive career services. Everyone deserves access to good tools.
