I built a free hike calculator 💸

Hey guys,
This weekend, I and @sathesh95 built Hike Calculator, where you can find out the hike based on your new salary.

Why did we build this?
Employees don't know how much hike to ask for and how to request a hike.

So, In PayHikeCalculator

1. We built 2 calculators, with which you can know how much hike you got and also how much hike you can ask
2. We added hike trends and frequently asked questions by employees and
3. We included done-for-you email templates for employees to request a hike
