Hey IH! I'm a solo developer from India and I just launched Boring CRM — a completely free, offline-first CRM app built specifically for real estate agents.
The problem I noticed: Most real estate agents here track leads in notebooks and WhatsApp chats because existing CRMs are too expensive, too complicated, and require
internet they don't always have.
So I built the simplest possible CRM:
- Download from Play Store, open it, start adding leads
- Works 100% offline — no internet needed ever
- Follow-up reminders with notifications
- Color-coded sales pipeline
- CSV import/export
- Zero sign-up, zero subscriptions
Tech stack: Flutter + SQLite + Firebase Analytics
The app is completely free. There's one optional Rs.200 payment to remove ads.

I'd love feedback from this community — what features would you add? Would you use something like this?
The notification firing is one thing, what happens after the agent sees it on a packed showing day is another. That's usually where leads still slip, not because the CRM didn't track it, but because life happens between the notification and the actual follow-up message getting sent.
Most people in this space end up wanting some auto-send for the routine cadences (day 1/3/7 type follow-ups) and keeping judgment calls for a human. Curious if that's on your roadmap or you're keeping it intentionally minimal.
"The simplest possible CRM" for a hyper-specific niche is exactly how you build something people actually use.
The offline-first approach is brilliant. You're not competing with Salesforce or HubSpot. You're competing with notebooks and WhatsApp. That's a completely different (and winnable) fight.
The notebook-to-WhatsApp pipeline is so real in emerging markets. I've seen the same pattern with small business owners in Vietnam — they'll use Zalo (local messaging app) as their entire CRM, just scrolling through chat history to find client details. It works until it doesn't.
Smart call going offline-first with SQLite. Most CRM tools assume reliable internet which instantly disqualifies them for field agents who spend half their day at property sites with spotty coverage. The CSV import/export is a nice touch too — gives people an escape hatch so they don't feel locked in.
Rs.200 to remove ads is a great price point for the Indian market. Low enough that it's an impulse buy, high enough that it filters for serious users. Have you thought about a premium tier for teams — like syncing data between agents in the same brokerage? That's usually where the real money is in real estate software.
Cool idea, are you handling data cleanup or standardization for the users?
Love the offline-first idea — makes a lot of sense for real estate agents. Curious if you’re planning features like simple website landing pages for agents to capture leads directly?
Nice idea! Offline-first makes a lot of sense for this audience. How has the response been so far?
I have no need for a product like this so I'm afraid I'm not the user but I like the idea a lot.
I think we're moving back in this direction; more offline and simple tools. Sounds good to me
