I built a free packaging calculator for pouch buyers and designers
Hi everyone,
I recently built PouchCalc, a free packaging calculator and dieline request tool for custom pouch packaging projects.
The idea came from a common problem in packaging: many buyers start artwork before confirming pouch size, material structure, zipper position, valve position, and dieline layout. That often causes delays and design mistakes.
PouchCalc currently includes tools for:
- Stand up pouch size calculation
- Mylar bag thickness conversion
- Packaging material selection
- Shrink sleeve size calculation
- Free dieline request
It also includes packaging guides for coffee bags, mylar bags, food packaging pouches, CBD packaging, hemp packaging, cannabis packaging, child-resistant mylar bags, and custom shaped pouches.
