I built InboxMail – a disposable email tool with one
key difference: it lets you SEND emails too, not just receive.
Most temp-mail tools are receive-only. Mine does both.
Tech stack (all free tier):
- Cloudflare Workers – backend logic
- Cloudflare KV – email storage
- Cloudflare Email Routing – receive emails
- Resend – send emails
Total infrastructure cost: $0/month
Current status:
- 200-300 organic visitors/day
- 2 domains (inboxmail.cc.cd, tempinbox.cc.cd)
- No paid ads, no marketing budget
What's next:
- Apply for AdSense
- Build a Pro tier with Stripe
- Write SEO content articles

The thing I'd watch isn't the Pro tier—it's whether people are coming back with the same use case or completely different ones. A tool that can both send and receive temporary emails probably serves a broader set of workflows than "temporary inbox." Understanding which job users consistently hire it for could shape the whole positioning.
