I was looking for a problem to solve, and this one seemed badly tooled.
Cards expire, accounts run out of funds, subscriptions die silently — and most founders never see the total.
So I built a free audit. You paste a read-only Stripe key that you create yourself. Sixty seconds later you get:
- what you permanently lost over the last 365 days
- what Stripe is still retrying, counted separately, because that money is not lost yet
- the month-by-month breakdown
- why the payments failed: card needs updating / insufficient funds / hard declines / other
- an estimate of what was recoverable
- your five biggest losses, with customers shown as "Customer #a1b2" — no names, no emails
