I built a free tool to fix the #1 reason new Skool communities stall: No plan!

I run skoolprep.com, an independent resource for people starting communities on Skool. The pattern I kept seeing: people knew they wanted to build something, but couldn't create a decent plan, targeted at the right niche, with an offer, a price, a way to get the first members. So after signing up, the momentum dies, and nothing comes from it.

So I built Skool Launch Plan. You answer a few quick questions about your idea and it generates a complete launch plan in about two minutes: positioning, offer, a pricing recommendation, a first-100-members play, and a content cadence. It's free and doesn't ask for your email.

It started as a kind of lead magnet for the blog, but it turned into the most useful thing i've ever made. The results are great and lot's of people are now making recurring revenue on Skool by following these plans.

Try it (it's free): https://launchplan.skoolprep.com/

Would love feedback from this crowd if you can spare a minute.

Thanks.

The interesting part is that the tool focuses on the pre-launch uncertainty, not just execution.

Curious whether the biggest value users get is the generated plan itself, or the confidence and clarity it gives them to actually start building the community?
