I built a free tool to help you launch more marketing experiments in 30 days

Hey guys,

After speaking to dozens of bootstrapped founders, I've found that that probably 90% struggle with marketing their products.

I've found 3 types of founders that struggle with marketing

Founder Type 1: Successful at 1 to 2 acquisition channels

Managed to get decent traffic going to their website usually figuring out SEO, Discord, Twitter, or paid ads. The AI guys also get lots of traffic from some directories.

Revenue: It's usually enough to get them to $1K-$5K MRR.

Challenges

  1. Diversifying traffic sources
  2. Improving conversion rates to paying users
  3. Increasing revenue overall

Founder Type 2: Tried and failed a few channels

These founders tried cold emailing and got 0 responses. Maybe even tried paid ads but only "threw their money at Facebook/Google."

Sometimes they manage to get 1-2 paying customers which now makes it even harder because they're not sure if this is validation or if they should just ditch the project.

Revenue: $0-$300 MMR, managed to land 1-2 customers

Challenges

  1. Should I just ditch this project?
  2. How do I reach more of my target users?
  3. How do I get my prospects to respond?

Founder Type 3: Never launched any marketing

Often a combination of perfectionism (I need to build more features) and some fear of rejection by putting themselves out there. Sometimes they build for years before launching or never launch at all.

Revenue: $0

Most founders also can't afford a marketing agency.

So the hard truth is founders need to figure out marketing on their own.

But here's the good news.

Speaking to these same founders, often they already have some idea of what they should be doing.

They're just often stuck in some analysis paralysis of HOW to do it, WHEN to do it, or WHAT they should do first.

That's why I created this free tool that will help you launch more experiments in the next 30 days.

This is the same 6-step method my team & I used to launch over 30+ tests a month in my last role as Head of Growth which goes like this

  1. Ideate
  2. Prioritise
  3. Design
  4. Launch
  5. Analyse
  6. Scale / Fail / Test again

I came up with this free tool that guides you through this exact process. Check it out it's 100% free and I hope you find it useful: https://launchexperiments.gumroad.com/l/the-launch-experiments-method
