I built a GitHub Action that flags risky AI-generated diffs

I've been vibe-coding heavily with Cursor and Copilot for the past few months. The speed is insane , but I kept running into the same problem: AI generates 400-line diffs and buries the 3 actually risky lines somewhere in the middle.

Auth changes. DB migrations. Env vars. Infra tweaks. Easy to miss when you're moving fast.

So I built Diff Sentry — a GitHub Action that scans every PR diff and drops a structured risk report directly in the PR comment. Flags the stuff that matters with a risk level (LOW → CRITICAL) so your team knows exactly where to focus review.

It doesn't block PRs or try to be clever. Just surfaces what needs eyes on it.
