I built a growth tool for founders — and nobody's paying for it. What am I missing?

300+ people joined my waitlist. Zero paid.
I've been staring at that number for two weeks trying to figure out what went wrong.
Quick background: I built a platform that helps founders at two stages —

Idea stage — you have zero clue what business to start. A quiz matches you to the right business model based on your skills, personality, and market. Then you get a roadmap, weekly tasks, and an AI chatbot to guide execution.
Growth stage — you already have a business but it's stagnant. You get a web dashboard, a business feed with real-time insights, marketing suggestions to reach the right audience, and weekly to-dos to stay consistent.

The idea came from a real problem I lived. At 17, I spent 7 months filling a 300-page notebook with business ideas and executed exactly zero of them. No direction. No one to tell me "this model fits you, here's what to do next." I built this so other founders don't waste years the way I did.
Reddit validated it. LinkedIn validated it. 300+ people said "I need this."
Then came launch. Crickets

Here's what I'm trying to figure out:
The Growth Plan is the one I'm most confused about. It's designed for founders who already have a business but aren't growing. But I'm genuinely unsure if I'm solving the wrong problem or just explaining it badly.
So I want to ask you directly:

If your business is stuck or growing slowly, what's the first thing you look for help with? Clarity? Consistency? Audience? Marketing strategy?
Do you use any tools specifically for business growth tracking right now? What do they get right (or wrong)?
Would a "business feed" — real-time updates, audits, and marketing suggestions in one place — actually change how you operate? Or is that solving a problem you don't have?

Not pitching anything here. I genuinely need to understand if the Growth Plan solves a real pain or if I've built a painkiller for a headache nobody feels.
Drop your honest take below. Even a brutal one.
