Hey IH! I just launched Launchway after spending too many weekends manually applying to jobs.
It's a Python CLI tool (pip install launchway) that does three things:
1. Job Search – finds and ranks roles by fit to your profile, not just keywords
2. Resume Tailoring – rewrites your bullets for a specific job inside Google Docs, without touching your layout or formatting
3. Auto Apply – opens a real browser, navigates the application form, and fills every field from your profile
The thing I'm most proud of: when it hits a wall (CAPTCHA, weird question), it pauses and hands you control at that exact point. You fix it, it keeps going. No progress lost.
Free to start, no API key needed.
Would love feedback from anyone who's job hunting or has tried other tools like this. What would make you actually use something like this?
