I built a job board where every sales role shows the salary. Here's why.

I got tired of seeing sales professionals waste weeks in interview processes only to get lowballed at the offer stage.

Every major job board lets companies hide the comp. "Competitive salary." "DOE." "We'll discuss in the process." It's a broken system that wastes everyone's time.

So I built SalesRoles.co. A job board built exclusively for sales professionals where compensation transparency is mandatory. Every listing shows base salary and OTE upfront. No exceptions.

200+ live roles across Australia, UK, USA, Canada, and New Zealand. All showing what they pay.

Still early. Revenue is zero from direct listings right now. Running on aggregated feeds while I build the direct company listing side.

Happy to answer any questions from anyone who's built in the jobs/recruitment space.

The salary transparency angle is clear.

The thing I'd be careful with is treating direct listings as a sales problem before you're sure you've identified the moment a company decides visibility alone isn't enough.

A lot of marketplaces get early attention from users while the monetization side remains unresolved for a different reason entirely.

That's the kind of decision I'd be careful making casually because it can shape months of company acquisition effort.
