I built a K8s on-call sidekick with a human-in-the-loop safety model

I built KubeAgent because being on-call as a small team is a nightmare. I’ve had too many 2 AM Saturday mornings staring at a terminal trying to remember the right sequence of describe and logs while half-asleep.

KubeAgent is a CLI that automates that triage and fixes them.

this is way too relatable — those 2 AM “what command do I run again” moments are the worst

automating that triage flow actually makes a lot of sense, especially for small teams

since this solves a very specific pain, you could also try putting this into a competition
good way to validate it with more devs + get early visibility

also, prize pool just opened at $0, so your odds are the best right now

This is exactly the kind of business analysis people overlook. High margin service businesses are underrated. The real question is whether the cash flow is consistent enough to scale — that's where most physical service businesses struggle.
