I built a Laravel 13 + React 19 SaaS starter kit as a side project — launching today at €59

Hey Indie Hackers,

Balancing a full-time job and new ideas is hard enough. I built this kit to ensure that when I have a weekend to work on a SaaS, I’m building features, not wrestling with billing webhooks and auth guards.

The problem

Every time I start a new project I spend weeks building the same things — auth, billing, admin panel, teams. I wanted a solid, modern starting point so I could focus on the actual product.

What I built

A production-ready SaaS starter kit with:

- Laravel 13 + React 19 + Tailwind CSS 4 + TypeScript

- Authentication — email/password, Google OAuth, email verification

- Multi-team system with roles (owner, admin, member) and email invitations

- Stripe subscription billing + webhook handling + billing portal

- Admin panel — user management, stats, app settings

- API key system with working /api routes

- Database notifications with unread badge

- Multi-step onboarding wizard

- shadcn/ui component library

- Maintenance mode

- Full documentation

- 45 Pest feature tests — all passing

- Docker ready with Laravel Sail, MariaDB, Redis, Mailpit

- SSR with Inertia.js

The stack

Laravel 13, PHP 8.4, React 19, Tailwind CSS 4, TypeScript, Inertia.js v2, shadcn/ui, Stripe, MariaDB, Redis, Docker.

Price

€59 one-time. No subscription. Unlimited projects. Lifetime updates.

What I learned building this

Finishing is harder than starting. I learned that writing the code is only half the battle; the other half is the discipline to stop tweaking and start shipping.

This is my first digital product. Any feedback welcome.
