I built a lightweight Airtable client portal after watching agencies pay $30+/seat just to share data.
Quick intro: I'm Matt, building CollabPortals.
I kept seeing the same problem. Teams run their business on Airtable, then need to let clients, contractors, or external collaborators view or update a slice of it. The official options are Airtable Interfaces (seat-based, gets expensive fast) or Softr / Stacker / Noloco (powerful but heavy and pricey for simple use cases).
So I built CollabPortals: branded portals that sit on top of an Airtable base, with row-level permissions, public/private views, and a flat price. No per-seat fees.
Where I'm at: 16 users. Growing gradually and currently focused on AEO, SEO & use-case content.
