I built a Machine Learning model that estimates salaries based on keywords in job ads

I extracted a few job postings from Stackoverflow to showcase the results:

The model was trained on job ads with salaries, Glassdoor and local salary tables. The model is based on Natural Language Processing and morphological analysis of the job description text.

I'm interested to build a job board where all postings have salary information. Some postings will be labelled as "estimated salary" and others with "verified salary".

Job postings with salary information are much more appealing.

For my short-term initiative - I want to bring salary transparency to the remote job market. This market will grow further in the next years as more companies deploy a WFH/Remote policies.

In addition, I would like to build a salary estimator for employers to verify job postings.

Monetization is a mix of paid ads and Adsense. In a later stage, the data could be sold directly to companies.
