I built a Micro SaaS tool in 2 days with zero coding skills and zero investment — here’s exactly how

I’m a student from Pakistan with no coding background and no money to invest.

Two days ago I decided to build something anyway.

The product is ColdScore — a cold email analyzer that scores your email out of 100 across 5 categories: subject line, opener, length, spam risk and CTA. Free to use, premium feedback unlocks for $9.

Built it entirely using AI tools. No code written by hand. No money spent.

What I learned so far:

→ You don’t need to code to ship a real product

→ Distribution is 10x harder than building

→ Your first version doesn’t need to be perfect — it needs to exist

→ Getting your first users is harder than anything else
