Hey Indie Hackers,
I built a SaaS completely on my own in about 2 months with virtually $100 budget.
But the hard part was never writing the code. It was something else—and almost nobody talks about it.
As a solo founder, I built V-Strategy using AI as my co-developer over more than 25 development cycles. We are talking about multi-agent squads, conversational agents interacting with real users, and continuous sessions.
And that’s where I hit a massive wall: project rot.
Every session started a bit colder. The AI would contradict a decision I had documented the week before. Context files bloated. There was no orchestration between agents, and the architecture lacked hierarchy.
It took me a while to realize this isn’t an AI problem. It’s a governance problem.
So, I solved each pain point, one by one. Without realizing it, I built a system—a governance layer that keeps a project coherent over time, even when operating solo, with AI, and with no team or budget.
The irony? This is exactly what V-Strategy ended up becoming for my clients.
Just like a solo developer faces chaos when building with multiple AI agents without governance, small and medium business owners (SMEs) face total operational chaos when trying to grow without structure.
I realized the solution I built for my code applies perfectly to business: you can't scale without order. That's why V-Strategy became a tech-enabled consulting ecosystem. It uses those same disciplined, specialized AI agents (for CRM, ERP, and BI) to guide business owners through 3 strict stages:
1. Organizing the Chaos (standardizing processes)
2. Stabilization (building predictability)
3. Sustainable Growth (scaling only when solid)
I managed to stabilize my code environment to finally deploy. Now, my goal is to help business owners stabilize their operations so they can grow without breaking.
Would love to hear from other solo founders: how are you managing AI context bloat and architecture governance in your builds?
