As a freelance graphic designer, I was constantly juggling between client messages, project files, deadlines, and notes.

Everything was scattered — some things in Notion, some in Google Drive, some in my head.

I realized I was spending more time managing work than actually doing creative work.

So I built a simple Notion workspace for myself:

After using it for a while, it completely changed how I work.
More clarity, less stress, and better focus.

I decided to turn it into a template for other freelance designers who might be facing the same problem.
