I built a Patreon alternative with no content restrictions — 0 users, looking for feedback
Hey IH,
I've been building Creativesub. Its a creator membership platform where any legal topic is welcome. Finance, crypto, politics, arts, commentary with no arbitrary bans, no payout delays.
The main problem I'm solving: Patreon and YouTube take 8–12% and remove content based on advertiser pressure, not legality.
Creators lose their income overnight.
What I built:
- No topic restrictions on legal content
- 0% platform fee for the first 15 creators (4.5% after)
- Instant(very short) Stripe payouts — no 30-day holds
- Auto-invite subscribers to Telegram/Discord on subscribtion.
- Gamification for fans (XP, levels, discounts)
Currently at 0 users. Just launched.
Two honest questions:
1. Is "no content restrictions" a strong enough differentiator or do I need a sharper angle?
2. If you create content would you consider trying it?
