I built a "pay once" maker page after getting tired of subscriptions for a landing page

Most link-in-bio / personal-site tools are $5–15/mo forever for what's basically one page. As an indie hacker that bugged me. So I built MakerStack: claim a username, list everything you've shipped, pick a theme, deploy.

Under the hood it's SSR pages (good SEO + share previews), dynamic OG images, built-in analytics, email capture, and custom domains. Built on Convex.

Free to build + preview, pay only to deploy. I'd love feedback from this crowd specifically, what would stop you from using it as your maker home?

Curious what you've seen so far around the pay-once angle.

Are people actually switching from an existing profile/landing-page tool because they dislike the recurring fee, or is MakerStack mostly attracting people who didn't have a page yet?
