I’m a 13-year-old founder, and over the past few months, I’ve been working on Property Partners (still in development) — a platform designed to connect landowners with real estate investors who want to collaborate on land development or purchases and share profits when the property is sold.

🧠 The Problem:
Many people in India (and beyond) own land but lack the funds to develop or sell it at the right time. Conversely, investors are searching for legitimate, high-potential projects to invest in. Currently, there’s no trusted way for these two groups to discover and connect with each other.

💡 The Solution:
Property Partners is a discovery and connection platform where users can:

Post listings to find funding to buy or develop land.
Browse listings and co-invest in real estate deals.
Connect and share profits without any middlemen.
There is no transaction on the site itself; we simply connect people. Users pay a subscription to access verified contact details.
