I built a privacy-first AI meeting action items extractor — no bot joins your calls

I got tired of spending 30 minutes turning every 1-hour meeting into notes, so I built a tool that does it in 10 seconds.

How it works:

1. Enable auto-transcription on Zoom / Meet / Teams (free built-in feature)
2. Paste the transcript
3. Get back: a 5-point summary + key decisions + action items with owners + a follow-up email draft

Why I built this instead of just using Fireflies / Otter:

• Fireflies & Otter face BIPA privacy lawsuits over voice recording
• Their bots join your calls — awkward for client meetings
• $17/mo is a lot when you only need the action items, not the recording

My approach — privacy-first:

• No bot joins your call
• No audio recording
• No calendar access
• Just paste text → AI extracts
