I built a prompt-first image tool to kill the “setup tax” — feedback welcome

TL;DR

I built Free Flash Image to remove the “setup tax” from AI image tools. It’s a prompt-first web app powered by Google’s Gemini Flash (via Replicate). Every new user gets one free image (failed attempts don’t consume the trial). I’d love feedback on speed, UX, and where it fits in your workflow.

Why I built it

Most tools make you pay in time: heavy UIs, logins before value, slow first renders. Often I just need a quick visual to validate a prompt, test an ad idea, or ship a thumbnail today. So I made the fastest possible first mile.
