Sending a proposal and then... silence.
No idea if they opened it. No idea if they hated the price. Just waiting.
I got tired of that. So I built Bidexco — a proposal tool where you send a live link instead of a PDF attachment.
You see when they view it. They can message you directly inside the proposal. They can accept or decline with one click. You get notified instantly.
It also generates a branded PDF, handles line items, discounts, tax, and connects to Stripe for billing.
I'm in the early validation stage and I genuinely need real users sending real proposals through it — not just signups who never come back.
If you're a freelancer or consultant who sends proposals regularly and you're still using Word, Google Docs, or a clunky PDF — I'd love for you to try it.
Free trial, no card needed. Happy to jump on a call and onboard you personally if that helps.

What's the most frustrating part of your current proposal process? Curious what's actually painful for people.
Quick update — we just went live on Product Hunt with a Coming Soon page.
If you want to follow the launch and get notified on launch day, here's the link:

Would mean a lot — and still happy to onboard anyone personally who wants to try Bidexco before we launch. Free trial, no card needed.
The 'sent and silence' problem is one of the most universal frustrations in freelance work — the proposal was accepted, work was delivered, invoice sent... then nothing.
The version of this that comes after proposals is invoice ghosting. Same psychological pattern: you did everything right, the client went quiet. The main difference is there's money on the table now.
One thing worth building for: if a client pays via Stripe and that payment fails (expired card, bank flag), is there a notification path? That last mile — proposal → accepted → invoice → payment attempt → failure — is where a lot of freelancers lose money silently. Most don't even know the payment failed until the card is months expired.
Good luck with Bidexco — proposal ghosting is a real problem worth solving.
Really appreciate this — "invoice ghosting" is exactly the right framing. That last mile (proposal → accepted → invoice → payment attempt → failure) is a silent money leak most freelancers don't even catch. Adding this to the roadmap.
If you'd want to try Bidexco and give honest feedback on where the flow breaks down, I'd like to offer you a founding member deal — significantly better than the standard trial. Just DM me.
