I built a real-time SEC feed to filter out 90% of the noise

I've been working on a solution to a problem that frustrates every trader: The SEC database (EDGAR) is a massive firehose of data.

If you try to watch the raw feed, you miss the market-moving news because it's buried under thousands of administrative filings.
