Hey everyone π
I built a free daily puzzle called Unwordle β it's Wordle played in reverse.
How it works:
The bottom row shows today's answer in green (e.g., CRANE)
Above it are 3 rows of colored clue tiles β green, yellow, gray
Your job: figure out what 5-letter words produced those patterns
6 attempts to clear all 3 rows
Why it's different: Wordle trains you to converge on a hidden answer. Unwordle flips that β you know the answer and reverse-engineer the path. Same tiles, completely different mental muscle. It's less "word hunt" and more "Sudoku with letters."
Completely free, no download, no account. Works on mobile and desktop. There's also a Custom mode where you can create your own puzzle and send it to friends.
π Play at: unwordle.online
Would love feedback β especially if you beat today's board faster than I did!
The reverse mechanic is easy to understand once you see it, but Iβd be curious about what happens after that first novelty wears off.
From the people who've played so far, are you seeing anyone come back for another daily puzzle without being prompted?
