I built a revision tracker for creative freelancers — My Revisio

I just launched My Revisio — a revision tracker for creative freelancers.

The problem: freelancers lose thousands of euros every year in unbilled extra revisions. Clients don't track how many rounds they've used, and freelancers feel awkward charging extra.

The solution: a shareable link where the client sees their revision counter in real time. When the quota is reached, billing is automatic.

Free plan available. Would love your feedback!

This is a sharp freelancer SaaS wedge because the pain is not just tracking revisions. It is the awkward money moment after the client has already used more rounds than agreed.

The strongest positioning here is probably “revision control for paid creative work,” not just a counter. That makes it feel tied to scope protection, billing clarity, and client accountability.

One thing I would pressure-test early is the name. My Revisio is clear enough, but it feels a bit narrow and tool-like if the product expands into approvals, project handoff, client portals, billing rules, and broader creative workflow control.

Xevoa .com would fit that larger direction better because it feels more like a clean workflow/productivity platform than a single revision tracker, while still leaving room for revision limits, approvals, client links, automated billing, and freelancer operations.
