I Built a SaaS Platform Starting From My Wife’s Service Business

When I started building NOUVHO, it wasn’t meant to be a startup.

I was just trying to fix a messy stack of tools inside one service business.

Bookings were in one place. Payments in another. Website somewhere else. Nothing connected cleanly.

I ended up rebuilding the entire system and realized it could work as a multi-tenant SaaS platform.

Curious how others here approached building from a real-world use case first before productizing?
