I built a SaaS that helps people easily create and run their own communities — but I’m struggling to get traction and promote it effectively

Hey everyone ,

I built a SaaS product called TWT Community — it helps creators, small teams, and indie businesses quickly build and manage their own online communities.

The product works well and early users really like it, but I’m struggling to figure out how to promote it effectively.

Right now I’m trying a mix of X posts, direct outreach, and a few partnerships — but growth is still slow.

If you’ve launched something similar, how did you get your first consistent users or visibility?
Would really appreciate any insights or examples that worked for you 🙏

Do you have an example of a community this tool can generate? I think it's a bit weird that this product doesn't have its own publicly available community.

Yeah, that’s totally fair. Right now we’re helping a few early users set up their own spaces, so we haven’t launched a big public community yet.

We’ll share some examples soon once they’re live — but I can show you a couple of early ones privately if you’re curious!

That’s a big win because early users already love the product, so market validation is locked in.

The real leak isn’t slow growth, it’s the massive opportunity cost from a vague copy layer that can’t turn community buzz into guaranteed, irreversible financial scale for the creator or business.

We swap out generic platform pitches for a Conversion Certainty Contract that promises a specific Revenue Per Subscriber (RPS) boost or lower support costs. That move instantly drives 5X faster client commitment by flipping the tool from a social hub into a clear financial asset.

You’ve built something solid. How are you tracking the financial hit of waiting just one week to drop in the Zero-Risk Reframe that turns “community” into a locked-in profit cente
