I built a self-hosted webhook relay for side projects

Hey Indie Hackers 👋

I built a small self-hosted webhook relay over a weekend.

The goal was simple:

• Receive webhooks from any service

• Inspect/log them

• Forward them to Slack, Email or Google Sheets

• Run everything locally or on your own server

I kept running into the same problem while building side projects:

either spinning custom glue code every time, or paying for another SaaS just to forward webhooks.

This is NOT a startup (yet), just a practical dev tool.

It’s a one-time purchase ($9) and fully self-hosted.

I’m mainly looking for:

• Honest feedback

• Missing features

• Whether this actually solves a real pain for you

Quick context: I built this because I needed a cheap alternative to Zapier/Webhook SaaS for internal tools.

    Curious:

How are you currently handling webhooks in your side projects?
