I built a simple, private sobriety tracker because everything else felt bloated

I recently launched Simple Sobriety Tracker, a clean and privacy‑focused app for people on a recovery journey.

I built it because every sobriety tracker I tried felt either overloaded with features I didn’t need, packed with ads, or trying to push me into subscriptions. I just wanted something fast, simple, and respectful — something that quietly supports you without getting in the way.

So I made the tool I wished existed.

What it does:

• Tracks your sober days with a clean, minimalist interface
• Shows a beautiful sobriety coin that evolves over time
• Breaks down your progress (years, months, days, hours)
• Includes a home screen widget for quick motivation
• Works fully offline — no accounts, no ads, no tracking
• Stores all data privately on your device

My goal wasn’t to build the “biggest” sobriety app — just the most peaceful one.

If you’re into recovery tools, minimal apps, or privacy‑first design, I’d love your feedback. Here’s the app: Simple Sobriety Tracker (Available on Google Play)

Happy to answer questions about the build, design decisions, or the process of launching a tiny but meaningful app.
