I built a simple team decision tracking tool

Hi everyone 👋

I built a small tool called DecisionTrack.

It helps teams track decisions with:

- agenda

- pros and cons

- team voting

Many teams make decisions in meetings, but later no one remembers why the decision was made.

DecisionTrack keeps a simple record of the decision process so teams can see how and why a decision happened.

This is an early version and I’m testing the idea.

You can try it here:

I’d really appreciate feedback!
