I kept seeing the same problem over and over.
People running events, rentals, tours, youth sports, or activities either had paper waivers that got lost or they skipped them entirely because collecting signatures was a hassle.
Most of the existing software also felt overly complicated or expensive for what is basically just collecting a signed waiver.
So I started building Simple Waivers, a small SaaS where hosts can create an event, share a link or QR code, and participants sign the waiver from their phone in seconds.
No printing, scanning, or chasing people down for signatures later. Hosts can easily download all the signed waivers and store them locally.
I’m curious how others here handle this today.
If you run events, rentals, tours, or any activity with participants, how are you collecting waivers or consent forms?
