I built a small product to calm an overthinking mind (that helped me too).

I’ve had moments where my mind felt like an engine of chaos.
Spirals of confusion.
Anxiety about everything.

What helped me wasn’t anything fancy — just a pen and paper.

I started writing whatever was on top of my mind.
And slowly, I realized:

I feel calmer when I crystallize my thoughts in ink.
When I gently organize the noise.

But back then, I had to search for prompts, dig through articles, and patch together my own clarity.

So I made something for people who feel the same.

The Overthinking Detoxification Journal
A calm, aesthetic PDF full of reflection prompts, quotes, and gentle thoughts —
for those who tend to spiral, overthink, or feel anxious often.

It’s the first product under my new brand, Zenuro, where I’m creating minimalist, calming self-awareness tools to help people journal better and feel lighter.

If your mind’s been loud lately, maybe this will help.

Made with care and concern.

Have you ever built something you personally needed?
I’d love to hear your story — I think that’s where the best things begin.

Not perfect. But from the heart.

This is a really good idea and that it came from a need, that this fixes that, makes it that much more powerful.
