6 months ago, I started building Visario alone. No team, no funding, no audience.
Here's what I learned.
The problem I was solving
Every time I started a new project, I'd get stuck. Not because I lacked ideas, but because I didn't know what to do next. How to prioritize. Where to start. I looked for tools. Nothing really fit. So I built one.
What Visario does
You describe your project in a few words. The AI generates a complete action plan, step by step. It explains what to do, how to do it, and helps you when you're stuck. Like having a mentor available 24/7.
The stack
Next.js + TypeScript, OpenAI, Stripe, Neon, Vercel, Brevo. Monthly infra cost: ~80€. Time cost: everything.
What I learned
Building solo is hard but possible. Distribution is harder than the product. Shipping fast beats building perfect. Talking to users early saves months of wasted work.
Free trial, no credit card: visario.fr
Would love feedback from this community 🙏
Visario is a solid direction, especially because the real pain is not “I need another project management tool.” It is “I know what I want to build, but I do not know the next move.”
That is a stronger angle than AI action plans alone.
One thing I’d watch is the naming/domain layer if you want this to become a broader SaaS product. Visario sounds decent, but visario.fr may make the product feel more local than the problem actually is.
For solo founders, indie hackers, and early teams, this could be positioned more like an execution mentor than a planning app.
A cleaner global .com like Beryxa.com would probably age better if you want the product to feel serious, ownable, and not tied to a local market.
Thank you so much for the detailed feedback, really appreciate it 🙏
You're right about the core pain point — it's not just "another task manager", it's helping people who have the idea but get stuck on "what's the next move?". That's exactly why I built it.
On the naming: very good point. I'm French so .fr felt natural at the beginning, but you're right that visario.com (or another .com) would feel more global. I'll think about it seriously.
Appreciate the honest feedback!
Exactly. Visario is not a bad name at all.
The only thing I’d pressure-test is whether the .fr makes the product feel smaller than the problem you’re solving. “What’s my next move?” is not a French-only pain. It is a global founder/solo-builder problem.
If you keep Visario, the ideal move is obviously visario.com. But if that is not realistic or available, I’d compare it against a cleaner invented .com direction before the brand gets too fixed.

Thank you for the additional feedback and for taking the time to give such detailed thoughts 🙏
You're right, the .fr might give a more "local" feeling than the global problem we're solving. I'll seriously consider visario.com or a cleaner .com alternative before the brand gets too fixed.
Really appreciate the honest outside perspective it helps a lot at this stage.

Solo building is really impressive... turning a simple idea into a working AI tool in just 6 months is not easy 🔥
Thank you! 🔥
6 months solo from idea to working product has been a wild ride. Still very early (0 users), but super motivated to keep going. Comments like yours help a lot!
