Every month I'd open a spreadsheet, pull Stripe's payout report, pull Razorpay's settlement report, and spend 2 hours answering one question: what did I actually keep?
Gross revenue, minus processing fees, minus refunds, minus failed charges, minus disputes. Across two platforms with different currencies, different fee structures, and different payout cycles.
It was tedious. And I kept making small errors.
So I built RevenuePilot.
What it does
RevenuePilot connects to Stripe and Razorpay via read-only OAuth and shows your true net revenue — after every fee, refund, and failed charge — in one dashboard. The goal is simple: your numbers should match what hits your bank, and you shouldn't need a spreadsheet to figure out why they don't.
The stack Next.js 15, Supabase, TypeScript, Vercel. Few weeks of evenings and weekends to get to MVP.
Current status: 0 paying users
I launched 2 weeks ago. Posted on a few subreddits, got views, got nothing else. Today submitting to directories and posting here.
I'm being honest because IH is the right place to be honest. The product works — I use it myself — but getting the first paying customer is harder than building the thing.
Pricing
₹750/month (~$9 USD). 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
Who it's for
Indie hackers and solo founders using Stripe and/or Razorpay who want to know what they actually keep — without building their own reconciliation spreadsheet.
What I'd love from this community
If you use Stripe or Razorpay — does this solve a real pain for you?
What would make you trust a tool like this with your payment account?
What am I missing that would make you actually sign up?
Happy to give anyone here free access — just drop a comment.
