Hey IndieHackers,
I’ve finally gone live with Delimr, a platform designed to solve the "invisible" project changes that kill freelancer profit margins.
If you’ve ever said "yes" to "just one more small change" for free simply to avoid an awkward or confrontational conversation with a client, I built this for you.
Delimr replaces those "unpaid favors" with a neutral Consensus Protocol. Instead of back-and-forth emails, you log the extra task and generate a professional link. Your client acknowledges the change, the schedule impact, and the fee before you start the work. It’s about building a system of evidence, not just rely on handshakes.
Where we are now:
Technically Live: The platform is active and ready for practitioners.
Global & Domestic Support: We’ve implemented a manual payment bridge for the Indian market (₹199/mo) alongside global PayPal ($9/mo or $49 - one time) support.
Trial Phase: I’m looking for my first 10-20 "Discovery" users to put the system through its paces with our 7-day trial.
Check it out here: https://delimr.com
I’d love your feedback on two things:
Does the "Evidence Trail" concept resonate with how you currently work?
How do you handle clients who ask for extra work out-of-scope right now - do you bill for it or write it off?
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
