I built a tool that generates client updates from your git history

A few months ago I came back to a project after a long pause. I had been working on something else and hadn't touched that codebase in a while. Multiple repos, a lot of commits I barely remembered writing. My client needed a status update. So I went through everything, commit by commit, trying to figure out what was actually worth mentioning and how to frame it for someone non-technical. It took longer than it should have.

That's what led to DevPulse. You connect your repos, set the audience's technical level, and it generates an update from your actual git activity. I'm a senior engineer who has spent time leading teams and dealing with this kind of client communication, so this was something I genuinely needed.
