I built a tool that keeps asking why after the first answer

I kept noticing that most AI answers stop at the first explanation that sounds plausible.

So I built Origin: you start with one question, reveal an answer, and then open the assumptions and reasoning underneath it one layer at a time.

It works best with questions that seem simple but are surprisingly hard to finish, like:

• Why do we care so much about what other people think?

• Why does waiting feel longer when we can see the clock?

• Why is it easier to give advice than follow it ourselves?

The product is intentionally small. There is no account required; you can open it and try any question immediately.

I’m trying to learn where the reasoning path feels genuinely useful—and where it becomes repetitive or loses the original question.
