I built a tool that tracks what ChatGPT says about your brand

Hey IH! I'm Salman, building Prompt Zero.

Quick backstory: I was running marketing for a SaaS company and realized we had zero visibility into whether

AI models like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity ever mentioned us. We tracked Google rankings religiously but had no idea what was happening in AI search.

So I built Prompt Zero. It monitors how brands appear across ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, and Perplexity. You get a visibility score (0-100), sentiment tracking, citation monitoring, and competitive benchmarking.

Think of it as Ahrefs for AI search.

Where I'm at:

- Live product, accepting users

- Starter $29/mo, Pro $99/mo

- 7-day free trial, no credit card

Would love feedback from this community. Anyone else thinking about how AI search impacts their product's discoverability?

Hey Salman, this is really interesting! 👏

The “Ahrefs for AI search” angle immediately clicks. Most brands are still completely blind to how they show up in ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity. I can see this being especially useful for startups trying to track emerging channels.

Curious, how are you handling updates as AI models’ knowledge bases evolve? And have you seen any early patterns on which industries get cited most often in these AI tools?

      Thanks! Bambi.

On model updates: we run daily automated scans, so when a model updates its training data or changes its retrieval behavior, you see the shift in your visibility score the next day. We've already caught cases where a brand's score dropped 15+ points overnight after a model update, something they would have never known without monitoring.

On industries: from early scans, B2B SaaS and martech get cited the most, especially in "best tool for X" type prompts.

What space are you in? Happy to run a quick scan if you want to see where your brand stands.

That’s actually really interesting .The idea that a model update can shift visibility overnight is kind of wild. Most teams wouldn’t even know something changed, let alone why their visibility dropped.

The B2B SaaS / “best tool for X” insight makes sense too , feels like that’s where people rely on AI the most for discovery right now.

I’m currently working around early-stage products and growth (still pretty early), so I’d be curious to see what shows up from a scan ,especially how positioning or messaging influences whether you get cited or not.

Would love to run one for you! What's your brand/product name and website? I'll send the results right here.
