I built a tool that turns a founder's messy brain-dump into a weekly "field letter" — first paying-customer funnel is live

Most founders I advise don't have a writing problem — they have a clarity problem. The business is clear in their head and fog to everyone else. So they stay invisible.

I built Dear Entrepreneur to fix the smallest version of that: you dump the raw truth of your week into a box, it hands back a structured field letter — one truth, one framework, one move — plus the social posts to share it.

Stack, for the curious: Python stdlib server (no framework), Claude API for generation, Stripe for the $9/mo unlimited tier, Fly.io hosting. Built solo.

Free to try (2 letters, no card): https://app.dearentrepreneur.co

What I'd love feedback on: does the output feel like YOUR voice or a template? That's the line I'm trying to walk.

The distinction between a writing problem and a clarity problem is what stayed with me.

Founders usually have plenty to say—the harder part is consistently extracting the one idea that's actually worth sharing. That framing feels much stronger than "AI writing."
