I built a tool that turns your README into a real landing page (and exports working React code)

I just shipped Landing Page Generator . Paste your project's README, pick a theme, and get a live preview of a landing page built from your content. When you're happy with it, you can export the actual React project (full source, ready to deploy) for ₹99 (or almost a dollar).
Why I built this
Every time I shipped something, the landing page was the part I kept putting off. The README already has everything : title, tagline, features, pricing, links. But turning that into something that actually looks good takes hours I'd rather spend building. So I built a tool to do that translation automatically.

I ran your landing page generator through PagePulse because the pain you described — README has the content, landing page is the annoying part — is very relatable.
A few things stood out:
- Remove the left editor panel from the visitor-facing view — show only the preview landing page; this single change eliminates the #1 source of cognitive overload and trust erosion
- Reduce the five hero CTAs to one primary ('Start Building Free') and one secondary text link ('View on GitHub') — this immediately clarifies the conversion path
- Replace the placeholder 'Acme Toolkit' brand name with the real product name and add a quantified proof point ('used by X developers') in the subheadline
My main read: the page should show the before/after transformation as early as possible. For this product, seeing "README in → real landing page out → React export" is more persuasive than explaining it.

Solving your own pain is always the best validation. The README-to-landing-page translation is genuinely useful every dev has a great README and a terrible landing page. Curious how you’re planning to reach developers beyond this post? That’s usually where first paid products stall.
I honestly haven't done that at all till now. So that is going to be a challenge. Distribution is something I need to learn. Any ideas?

I think exporting the actual React project is the right call. A lot of AI builders leave you stuck inside their platform, but owning the code changes the relationship completely. That alone would make me more willing to try it.
Thanks! Yes that was the idea. I liked the builders doing the work for me but I guess at some point, you need to move out of just the built in features and expand on it.
